Our strengths are our turnkey development approach and the use of pre-cast foundations; modular shell components and SIP engineered panels, all of which limit reliance on traditional labor-intensive site built methodologies.

Towne & Country's superior performance maximizes profitability by minimizing inventory with a shorter permit to occupancy cycle while significantly reducing high labor costs and weather related delays and expenses. The result are margins 25-30% higher than traditional building methodologies with a higher standard of quality.
